The annual fees for students at Loreto Normanhurst in 2009 are as follows:

Tuition Fee accounts are rendered three times a year.
For Year 7, the 2009 Term 1 fees are due on 28 November 2008. Term 2 & 3 fees are due as below.

The costs of items such as materials for practical elective subjects, sport registrations, overnight camps and retreats are added to term accounts. A final account for any expenses incurred after the rendering of the final fees account will be sent out in Term 4. Cheques may be mailed to Loreto Normanhurst, or paid to the office during the hours of 8:30am - 4:30pm. Credit card payments will also be accepted however an additional charge is incurred to cover associated bank charges.
Receipts are issued only if specifically requested.
Building Fund
Is a voluntary tax-deductible donation of $250 per fees account to support the ongoing improvements to our existing buildings and grounds.
School Magazine
A charge of $44 (including GST) per family will be charged in Term 3 for the School Magazine.
Sibling Discounts
Discounts on tuition fees are available for the second child in a family (10%), the third child (20%), and the fourth and subsequent children (30%) provided that the children are attending the school simultaneously.
Enrolment Fees/Infrastructure Levy
A non-refundable registration fee of $330 is charged for each application for enrolment. A non-refundable fee of $3,000 is payable on acceptance of a place. This fee reduces to $2,000 when a sibling is attending the school at the time of enrolment. It further reduces to $1,000 when two siblings are attending the school at the time of enrolment.
Withdrawal of a Student
It is a condition of enrolment that one full term’s notice of withdrawal of a student is given in writing to the Principal. A full term’s fees will be charged in lieu of notice.
Cases of Hardship
Parents who encounter difficulties in paying fees, on account of unexpected hardship, are invited to discuss the matter with the Principal.
Tuition Fees for Extra Subjects
Music tuition is offered in a wide range of musical instruments and singing. Tuition is also offered in Speech & Drama, Tennis and Swimming. Application for these extra subjects is made on forms distributed during Term 2 and Term 4. The fees are charged half yearly in Terms 1 and 3. New students will be given the form before starting at Loreto Normanhurst. The same form is used if a student wishes to discontinue, take up or change subjects at the end of the first semester (2 terms).
As staff have been engaged to cover the requirements for each semester, a mid-semester change cannot be accepted and a refund cannot be given if a student discontinues a subject during a semester.
