Hints for students travelling on public transport

North Shore either:  catch a bus from Wahroonga (Shorelink) to Loreto Normanhurst.  This bus also picks up in the afternoons after school -  if for any reason the student has after-school activities and misses this bus she will have to walk down to Normanhurst Station and catch a train to Hornsby then another train down the North Shore line (a ticket must be purchased for the latter).
or
catch a train  to Hornsby Station and then another train to Normanhurst Station and walk up Normanhurst Road to the school.

Please note that a student cannot hold two passes for the same section of travel (i.e. train from Wahroonga and bus from Wahroonga).

Strathfield, Epping, Eastwood, etc., (Main Line): catch the train, alight at Normanhurst and walk up Normanhurst Road to Loreto Normanhurst.

Hills District: Bus from Castle Hill Towers to Pennant Hills Station – where they can either catch another bus (Glenorie) to the school or catch the train to Normanhurst.

Glenorie/Dural: Glenorie Bus collects from Round Corner and delivers passengers to school

Castle Hill: bus picks up corner Highs and Castle Hill Roads

Northern Beaches: Forest Coachlines to Gordon then train to either Wahronga or Normanhurst (please see “from North Shore” above).

It is always suggested that if new students know other students attending the school, they should ask how they travel to school, then have a practice run.
