Look around! A lot needs to be done to preserve our environment. We need you to get involved because the planet needs all the help it can get.

Meetings:

Every Wednesday in the DRC 3.30-4.30pm

The Green Team is a fun-based, student lead group which acts within the Loreto community to create and maintain a sustainable environment through motivation, awareness campaigns and organised activities, for the benefit of the greater environment.

We are involved in many activities including:

• Bush Regeneration - on school grounds and in the local community
• Tree Planting
• Improving awareness of the environment
  - Promoting the saving of energy within the school
  - Promoting recycling
• Fund Raising for environmental causes
• Snug as a Bug in a Rug Day - energy-saving
• Tree planting days
• Worm farm for food scraps
• Airwatch (Monitoring Air Polution)

Activities: Come to the meetings to find out what's happening
