Fitness Program
All girls are welcome to join in the fitness program. Please meet at the fitness centre at the following times:
Monday to Friday Morning from 6.45am – 8am
Monday afternoon & Thursday afternoon 3.30pm – 4.30pm
Tuesday afternoon 3.30pm – 4.30pm (boxing/fitness)

Sports Uniform 2009

IGSSA Hockey	School Sports Skirt, Gold Socks, Sports Polo (Gold & Blue), shin pads, Mouthguard.
IGSSA Netball	School Sports Skirt, Sports Polo (Gold & Blue), white socks.
Athletics	Navy Bike Pants, compression Shorts or Sports Shorts, Gold Singlet or Crop Top
IGSSA Water polo	School Water polo Swim Suit, School Swim Cap
IGSSA Cricket	School Sports Shorts, Sports Polo (Gold & Blue), Gold Long Socks
Hornsby Tennis	School Sports Skirt, Sports Polo (Gold & Blue), white socks, School Cap
Touch	School Bike Shorts or Sports Shorts, Loan Singlet (Sports Dept), white Socks

All items are available from the Uniform Shop (open Tues or Wed).
A new range of compression shorts (suitable for Athletics) and support bras are now available from the Uniform Shop – Under Armour Brand – below retail price.
