Library Services Specialist

Permanent part time Library Services Specialist to work in the Learning Resource Centre Monday to Thursday 5:00pm-9:00pm.

The role supports the continued development of a dynamic and responsive learning community.  Candidates must be a collegial, team-player who takes direction well and can be relied upon to manage small projects. Library and customer experience preferred but not essential.  Applicants must have strong ICT skills and interpersonal skills.

School Counsellor-Psychologist

Permanent, full time School Counsellor–Psychologist (42 weeks of the year). 

Responsibilities include providing pastoral care and psychological support and education to enhance the social, emotional and educational needs of students, as well as providing information to support families and staff.

The successful candidate will be a qualified psychologist and possess experience in providing psychological support to children and adolescents. The incumbent will provide clinical guidance and leadership to the Counselling Team who provide support to both day and boarding students. The School Counsellor-Psychologist will also be an integral member of the Pastoral Care Team and will contribute to the implementation of student wellbeing programs.

A sound understanding of child protection legislation and adolescent care is essential.

Head of Business Operations

Permanent full time Head of Business Operations  

Responsibilities include operational leadership of the School’s business and financial operations ensuring continuous improvement and development. The successful applicant will  provide support and assistance to the Chief Operating Officer, prepare financial analysis of the school’s operations and ensure the school meets all of its business and financial statutory requirements and reporting.

Applicants should have a tertiary qualification, membership of a professional association (CPA/ICA, CGMA) and demonstrate a strong working knowledge of all aspects of financial operations, statutory requirements and compliance obligations.  A strong career in finance and accounting with a minimum seven years at a senior level is preferred.

CASUAL BUS DRIVERS 

Candidates must possess a Medium Rigid (MR) driving licence and an excellent driving record. An RTA printout of your driving history will be required. The hours of work will be ad hoc, often at short notice and will involve day, evening and weekend shifts.
