Director of Pastoral Care
Permanent full time, commencing 2020
The Director of Pastoral Care is a member of the School’s Leadership Team with the responsibility of continuing to lead Loreto Normanhurst’s fine tradition in promoting the wellbeing, resilience and growth of young women within a vertical pastoral care system. The applicant must have an understanding of holistic learning and what this means in the modern context.
The successful applicant will lead the Pastoral Care Team comprising of the Deans of Pastoral Care, the Heads of House and the Counselling and Health Team.

Candidates must possess a Medium Rigid (MR) driving licence and an excellent driving record. An RTA printout of your driving history will be required. The hours of work will be ad hoc, often at short notice and will involve day, evening and weekend shifts.
