PA to Deputy Principal

Permanent full time Personal Assistant to the Deputy Principal. 

Responsibilities include:

  • providing personal assistance;
  • liaising with staff, students, parents and external organisations;
  • diary and travel management;
  • preparation of agendas, minutes and meetings; and
  • organisation of functions.  

The position requires a person with a warm and welcoming approach and the ability to manage workflow in a proactive and efficient manner. 

The successful applicant will have excellent ICT, administration and communication skills, be organised with high attention to detail and have the ability to maintain confidentiality. Experience in an educational setting is preferred.

CASUAL  RELIEF TEACHERS OF SECONDARY (YEAR 7-12)

We are currently seeking casual relief teachers particularly in the following subjects: 
Visual Arts, English, Science, Social Science, History, Mathematics and Religious Education.

CASUAL BUS DRIVERS 

Candidates must possess a Medium Rigid (MR) driving licence and an excellent driving record. An RTA printout of your driving history will be required. The hours of work will be ad hoc, often at short notice and will involve day, evening and weekend shifts.
