Enrolment Process

Our main intake years are Year 5 for Primary School and Year 7 for Secondary School.   Limited places may be available for other year levels.

We encourage the early submission of applications (accepted from birth).

We commence with the enrolment process a little over two years in advance for our Year 5 and Year 7 intake; and one year in advance for all other years. 

When the enrolment process commences, families will be invited to attend a Parent Information Evening where you will hear from our Principal, Ms Marina Ugonotti, as well as other key Leadership Team members about the benefits of a Loreto Normanhurst education.

Applications are subject to availability at all stages of the enrolment process. 

How to apply

1. Application for Enrolment 

We encourage the early submission of applications (accepted from birth).

The Application for Enrolment form must be completed and submitted to Loreto Normanhurst together with supporting documentation and payment of the non-refundable Application Fee.

2. Interview

Families may then be invited to attend an interview with the Principal or a member of the Leadership Team.  

3. Offer of a place

Upon successful completion of the interview process, offers of places are made, subject to availability, and at the discretion of the Principal.

4. Acceptance of offer

Parents will then be given the opportunity to accept an offer by payment of the  non-refundable Enrolment Fee.
