HSC Results 2019
Congratulations to the Class of 2019! We are so proud of each and every one of you.
Loreto Normanhurst has a strong tradition of academic excellence throughout its history. Through the Loreto Normanhurst Student Growth Model, the school aims to develop each student holistically in the areas of Faith, Academic, Community and Extra-curricular (FACE) development.
In 2019, Loreto Normanhurst students achieved excellent results in the HSC. The School received a First Place in Course, 10 Top Achievers and 16 All-round Achievers. The whole year group performed in an outstanding fashion. There were 99 students on the Distinguished Achievers list, with a total of 309 mentions.
An impressive 9 students (6%) of the Class of 2019 achieved an estimated ATAR of 99 and above, 44 students (25%) attained an ATAR of 95 and above, 79 students (51%) attained an ATAR of 90 and above and 110 students (71%) were above 80.
Loreto Normanhurst was ranked second amongst Catholic Schools, and in 27th position in NSW (*Source: Sydney Morning Herald, December 17 2019 results).
As a non-selective and comprehensive school, this is an incredible achievement from the students who worked so very hard for these results.
