We hope all families had a wonderful day on Open Day on Saturday 7 March 2020.
If you couldn’t make Open Day this year, please consider visiting us at a Principal’s Welcome Tour. Click here for more information.
Open Day, held annually in early March, is a wonderful opportunity to experience a day in the life of Loreto Normanhurst and we look forward to welcoming current and prospective families to our school.
What happens on OPen Day?
On Open Day you can take a tour of the Day and/or Boarding School, hear from the Principal and other key staff, and talk with our Enrolments Team who will be available to answer your questions and guide you through our enrolment process.
Families will gain an understanding of the school’s unique, award-winning Loreto Normanhurst Student Growth Model (LNSGM) and see the FACE Curriculum (Faith, Academic, Community, Extra-curricular) in action. You will also see some of the extra-curricular opportunities our students enjoy such as music and drama performances, sport displays, mock trials and debating.
Join our Parent Association for Devonshire Tea in the gardens, enjoy a BBQ or visit the cake stall. Bring the whole family to enjoy train rides and an animal farm on our beautiful grounds, whilst connecting with members of our vibrant community.
The Principal, students, current families, staff, ex-students, and the Parent Association look forward to welcoming you to guide you through the exciting opportunities that exist within our school.
Will I be able to tour the school? Yes. Student-led tours of the Day and Boarding School are available throughout the day.
Where can I park? Weather permitting, parking will be available on the Oval Carpark off Osborn Road.
What happens if it rains? Rain, hail or shine, the Loreto Normanhurst Open Day will be on!
