Leading with Care: Dr Jacqui Dalby-Payne ('85) at Women of Influence

We are honoured to welcome Dr Jacqui Dalby-Payne ('85) to this year’s Women of Influence Evening. A distinguished paediatrician and passionate educator, Jacqui has dedicated her career to advancing child health and mentoring the next generation of medical professionals.
Graduating from Loreto in the Class of 1985, Jacqui studied Science and Medicine at The University of New South Wales before completing a PhD at the University of Sydney. She trained as a Paediatrician at The Children’s Hospital at Westmead, where she now serves as a Senior Staff Specialist in General Medicine and Clinical Stream Director of the Medical Program. She is also a Clinical Associate Professor at the University of Sydney and a member of the National Examining Panel for Paediatrics at the Royal Australasian College of Physicians.
Jacqui’s expertise spans feeding disorders, behavioural paediatrics, and the management of common paediatric conditions such as bronchiolitis. Beyond her clinical work, she is deeply committed to teaching and mentoring junior doctors and medical students, shaping the future of paediatric care.
