We are delighted with the progress made in Term One this year on the initial works in Phase One of our School's 30 Year Master Plan.
The major project in this first Phase, is the construction of a new, purpose-built Boarding School, designed to meet the contemporary needs of Loreto Normanhurst Boarders.
With a planned opening for the 2025 school year, the vision for our new Boarding School is a lively home away from home containing a variety of spaces that set the stage for the rhythms of boarding life. The new building will feature common gathering spaces for social and recreational use, communal areas for boarding families, updated accommodation for boarding staff and improved accessibility for students with specific access needs. The expanded facilities will position areas of the Boarding School as a resource for everyone in
the school and will enrich the friendships, opportunities, and experiences available to students and all members of our community.
Watch the video below for more details on our master plan and the new boarding school.
