After more than a term of online learning, we are excited to announce that sport is back for all students in Years 5-11! To ensure our programs work within the guidelines and the relevant COVID-safety plans, students have been offered year-based Intra-School sport competitions and trainings for the remainder of the term. Our goal is to ensure we can rekindle and foster our strong sense of community through sport and recreate the connections our students have missed for the last few months.
For the most updated information on our Return to Sport Plans and all of our active programs, please visit the Sport Department Canvas Page.
Sport nominations for 2022 Term 1 Sports have now closed. Please contact the Sport Department via sport@loretonh.nsw.edu.au to enquire if any late nominations can be accepted.
Term 1 2022 Activity Nominations will be opening on Monday 8 November and closing on Friday 19 November at 3:00pm. Please ensure you visit the Sport Department Canvas page for more information on how to nominate and secure your place!
Congratulations to Madison Webster (Year 11) who has successfully completed and been granted her Gold Award. Madison has shown initiative, perseverance, and commitment across various activities to complete the rigorous requirements of the Gold Award. Well done on this wonderful achievement!
The Duke of Ed Drop In Sessions will no longer be held in VR1.10, but instead will be just outside the Sports Office. If you have any questions regarding your Duke of Ed Award, please come to the Sports Office on Fridays at lunchtime and one of the Award Leaders will be able to assist you.
