Donations and Giving

“Leave after you something on which others may build” – Mother Gonzaga Barry IBVM

When you make a gift to Loreto Normanhurst you are investing in the future of education for women.

You may choose to make a gift to a building project to enhance the learning and living facilities of students and teachers (follow this link to our Building Fund), or to our bursary program which supports individual students in necessitous circumstances. The Bursary Fund contributes to the diversity of students at Loreto Normanhurst with the benefits rippling outwards to future generations (follow this link to our Bursary Fund).

With 124 years of educating students in the Mary Ward tradition, we know that our graduates are compassionate warriors who have made, and continue to make, significant contributions to society and inspire future generations of women. Your considered donation to support Mary Ward’s mission to educate women who will in time, come to do much, honours those who have supported our school in the past and leaves a legacy to those who will follow us in the future.

Now, more than ever we need significant funding for both our Bursary and Building programs.

The impact of the drought and Covid-19 has put more pressure on the Bursary Fund than in previous years. We also know that new Boarding facilities are desperately needed for our boarding community, with over 150 girls living on site.

Your donations are essential to our future planning and we sincerely and deeply appreciate our community of generous donors.

We invite you to make a tax-deductible gift to our Building or Bursary (Welfare) Fund to continue this strong tradition of supporting a Loreto Normanhurst education now and for the benefit of women in the future.

Donations can be made to either of our tax deductible funds: A tax deductible receipt will be sent to you.
